Puffed Lotus Seeds come from the aquatic flower Lotus. The flower is completely edible, from petals, to root to seeds. 

The seeds have been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicines, as they are high on healing properties, anti-ageing enzymes and source of many nutrients like potassium and magnesium and are naturally gluten-free. 

Since the Puffed Lotus Seeds have a low glycemic index, they make a healthy snack for diabetics as well. 

Himalayan Pink Salt


Himalayan Pink Salt is said to be the purest form of salt available to mankind. The presence of mineral traces, like Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium makes the salt pink in colour.

Unlike, table salt Himalayan Pink Salt contains no additives or artificial agents. 



Turmeric is a well known flowering plant found in abnubdance in Indian subcontinent. 

Turmeric has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicines, because It is said to reduce inflammation and is high on anti-biotics.

Chickpeas and Lentil Flour


As compared to regular all purpose flour, combination of chickpeas and lentil flour delivers less calories and carbohydrates and more protein. 

In addition, this combination is also gluten-free and high on fibre, which makes it suitable for diabetics as compared to regular flour.
